ConEdison C&I Program

These incentives pair well with FlexTech energy studies, which can be funded at 50–70%, giving owners a clear capital plan and compliance path for Local Law 87 and 97.

ConEdison Multifamily Programs

Con Edison offers prescriptive and custom incentives for multifamily common areas and in-unit upgrades, including high-efficiency heating/cooling, LED lighting, variable frequency drives, controls, heat-pump water heaters, and building-level optimization. For larger properties, Con Edison’s incentive structure can offset a significant portion of the total project cost, improving NOI and reducing payback periods.
