Many of our Clients rely on LC Associates’ many years of energy consulting experience in navigating the byzantine waters of securing energy incentives from utilities or government entities. In addition to securing incentives LC Associates provides engineering support services such as owners representation for energy efficiency projects.

Most of these energy consulting studies can be offset with cash incentives from either NYSERDA or ConEdison or your local utility company. NYSERDA is currently offering a 100% free study for commercial tenants!
