ConEdison C&I Programs offer cash incentives to offset the cost of energy efficiency improvements.  LC Associates provides all services necessary to secure cash incentives under these programs.

ConEd requires the following tasks which are included in our contingency model service

• baseline development
• existing systems analysis
• equipment selections
• energy savings projections
• cost/benefit analysis
• measurement and verification
• project accounting

Our Firm is paid on a contingency basis so there is no cash outlay by the building Owner for this service. We have secured over $150M since 2023. LCA is the go-to resource when funds are needed to offset project costs for efficiency projects.
