Local Law 88: the NYC Sub-Metering Law

NYC now requires Commercial landlords to sub-meter virtually all commercial tenants by the end of 2024.  We have been providing Tenant Sub-Metering Services since 2003 and offer considerable value added services when compared to other companies.  We deploy wireless metering systems, leverage the data for cash incentives and provide environmental impact reporting as required by LL88.  Our sub-metering dashboard also provides data analytics to help make strategic decisions.
